Normally, registration for EmailFinder and URLFinder™ is handled directly through this web site. A description of the fields that we request on the registration form is contained below. First, some information about alternate methods of registration.

If you prefer not to provide your credit card number over the Internet, you can print the form, fill in all the information and fax it to 505-332-1286. If you fax your registration to us, your listing will usually be posted within 24 hours of the time we receive your fax.

You can also mail your registration to EmailFinder, Inc. with your credit card information or a check drawn on a U.S. bank and in U.S. funds. To register by mail, send your completed registration form to:

If you are registering a Company Email Address, the First Name and Last Name fields should contain information about the person filling out this form.

Following is a description of the fields that are requested when you register with URLFinder:

URL ADDRESS INFORMATION:
Old URL	This is the URL Address that is no longer valid
New URL	This is the correct URL Address
Email Address for URL	This is an Email Address to Contact for Information about the Subscription
PERSONAL INFORMATION:
First Name	The first name of the subscriber
Last Name	The last name of the subscriber
Address Line 1	First line of subscriber's address
Address Line 2	Optional second line of address
City	Subscriber's City
State	Subscriber's State or Province. If the address does not include a State or Province name, please enter NONE.
Zip/Postal Code	Subscribers Zip or other Postal Code. If the address does not include a Zip or Postal Code, please enter NONE.
Country	Subscriber's Country
Area Code/Phone	Subscriber's Area Code and Phone Number. International subscribers, please include the Country Code as part of the Area Code field.
Area Code/Fax	Subscriber's Optional Area Code and Fax Number. International subscribers, please include the Country Code as part of the Area Code field.
OPTIONAL COMPANY INFORMATION FOR SUBSCRIBER:
Company Name	Company Name
Company Address 1	First Line of Company Address
Company Address 2	Second Line of Company Address
Company City	City Where Company is Located
Company State	State or Province Where Company is Located. If the company address does not include a State or Province, please enter NONE.
Company Zip/Postal Code	Zip or Postal Code Where Company is Located. If the company address does not include a Zip or Postal Code, please enter NONE.
Company Country	Country Where Company is Located
Company Area Code/Phone	Company's Area Code and Phone Number. International subscribers, please include the Country Code as part of the Area Code field.
Company Area Code/Fax	Company's Area Code and Fax Number. International subscribers, please include the Country Code as part of the Area Code field.
SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING INFORMATION:
Subscription Type	Length of Subscription Being Requested
Charge Type	Credit Card to be Used for Subscription Payment. If you wish to pay by check, see the information at the top of this page.
Credit Card Number	Complete Credit Card Number to be Used for Payment. NOTE: This number is NOT saved in the database.
Credit Card Name	Name of the Cardholder Exactly as it Appears on the Card
Credit Card Expiration Date	Month and Year of Expiration of the Credit Card
URLFinder Name	This is the User Name That Will be Requested to Modify Subscription Information
URLFinder Password	This is the Password That Will be Requested to Modify Subscription Information
Reference Code	Optional Code to Indicate Source of Subscription. If you were referred to EmailFinder and were given a reference code to use, this is where it should be entered.
Show Company Details?	Will Full Information Be Available If Search is Successful? By default, this is set to NO. If it is set to YES, the subscribers company information will be available after a search is successful.
