Where does this information come from?
Our service provides information obtained from public records, phone book directories, white pages databases, and other sources.
Does this include information about international emails?
Email Finder's social networking search is not bound to geography, which means you can find the name, pictures, and web links for a person by typing in their email address (regardless of where they're from - as long as they have social profiles online).
For searches by name, the email address results are U.S. persons only. We do not have email addresses or people search information for people outside of the United States.
How do I edit or remove my information in this directory?
We take your privacy very seriously. If you wish to have your name and email address removed from our directory, please use our opt-out request form.
Which social networks can I search?
Search results include members of LinkedIn, Facebook, Friendster, Bebo, Hi5, MySpace, and a dozen other social media websites.
How many searches can I conduct as a member?
How does the membership billing work?
Your membership will automatically renew upon expiration at the same price and terms unless you decide to cancel. A reminder email will be sent to you before we renew your membership.
How does the money back guarantee work?
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If we can't help you find the information you're looking for, you may request a refund within 60 days of your original purchase. Please note that all sales are final after 60 days.
How do I know my payment is secure?

How will the charge appear on my bank statement?
Membership payment will appear on your bank statement as "INF*EmailFinder.com" along with our toll-free customer support number.
How do I sign into my account?

I'm having sign in troubles, what do I do?
If you've forgotten your password, simply enter your email address into the "forgot password" form on the sign in page. You'll receive an email that lets you reset your password.
If you still can't sign in, submit a ticket to our support department and we'll be happy to help.
If I send a message or become a customer at Email Finder, will my email be added to the directory?
No. We do not add customer information to our directory unless you specifically request that we do so.
How do I know my email message made it to the intended recipient?
When you send a message through Email Finder, we relay it to the email address you selected in our interface. In addition to name and location details, we show the email provider and first initial of the username to help you make sure it's the right person (e.g. email@example.com). When the person receives the message you send, they can simply click "reply" and communicate directly with you.
Will the person I send a message to know it’s me?
Yes. When you send a message the "from" line on the email will include your name and email address. This email address must be a valid account that you own, otherwise you cannot send from our system. We take the privacy of ours users very seriously and take active measures to prevent spam.
Do you offer append services for business purposes?
We do not offer these services directly, but we have negotiated preferred partner discounts with vendors we recommend. Tell us what you need and we'll get back to you within 2 business days.
How do I report abuse or spam from Email Finder?
If you have received a "spam" message from Email Finder, please report it here and we will investigate the matter immediately. Thanks for helping keep our website safe and privacy-friendly.
